Catholic Charities Worcester County’s Immigration Legal Assistance Program provides dedicated, culturally competent legal services to foreign-born individuals within our community. To best serve our clients, our office currently focuses our representation, advice, and guidance on the following areas:
- Naturalization & Citizenship (Form N-400)
- Green Card Renewals (Form I-90)
- Adjustment of Status (AOS) for Families, Refugees, and Asylees
- Family-Based Petitions (Form I-130)
- Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) / Work Permits
- Legal Consultation & Advice for immigration pathways
- Legal Referrals to trusted partners for cases outside our current scope
