Case Management
Our four Area Pffices are central to programs that offer essential support and financial aid, within the limits of available resources. The dedicated staff in Leominster, Milford, Southbridge, and Worcester are committed to assisting individuals and families in addressing the underlying factors that have led to insecurities in areas such as food, housing, and socioeconomic stability. Through our case management approach, we strive to help clients stabilize their immediate circumstances, address pressing safety concerns, acquire valuable budgeting skills and resource management techniques, plan for further education or secure stable job placements, and collaboratively work to progress towards self-sufficiency.
